Posted - Jan 15 2009 : 10:58:53 AM I would love an authentic Farmgirl apron! I do child care and along with housework, my clothes are getting stained/bleached/messy. I do not sew (visually handicapped to some extent~can't thread a needle without a tantrum! lol), but might be able to trade something(s). Not sure how much a homemade apron costs... I have size 12 boys cowboy boots in great condition (7 yr old's), along with size 12 blue rubber rain boots. That right there is a $35 value, being used of course... I make greeting cards, $2.50 each. Could trade for apron. Might possibly consider trading this kitten, who insists on sitting on my shoulders while I type... Anyone wanna trade? Leslie

Posted - Jan 30 2009 : 3:45:07 PM OH THANK YOU DAWN!! Thank you for the apron! I love it! I have to wrap it around twice, but that's good~~it'll protect all of me! I was bleaching the sink after washing the kitty the other day, and got a bleach mark on my navy blue sweatshirt...on the BACK of the sweatshirt! How'd I manage that? But no more! Now I have a real farmgirl apron! I'll be sending a California package to ya on Monday! {hugs}

Posted - Jan 15 2009 : 12:04:32 PM Hi Terri! If you go to the home page (click Home at the top of this page) and scroll down to the bottom, the girls are all wearing the same type of apron~~I love those! If I had to chose my model, it'd be the girl on the far right...lol. I like that style because it could be folded down to a half apron in a flash. I tend to get bleach stains (yes I use bleach on occasion) and water/food splashed on me at the belly button level. I even dropped a blue dry erase pen while wearing a white sweat jacket, and guess where it left a mark? I have many t-shirts with stains and this has got to stop! LOL
Would you want to trade for anything? Or I could pay outright?
We drive thru Biggs on our way to Roseville. We try to avoid I-5 and LOVE the scenic route of 99!

Posted - Jan 15 2009 : 11:10:35 AM Leslie, what kind of apron are you looking for? Full apron or half apron? Size?
I have a few simple half aprons sitting here. I would be happy to send you one. Or let me know what you are looking for, and I could make you one from my stash of fabric?
Terri
