I am already starting on my "Simplify in 09" goal. Tonight I went through all of my cookbooks and am keeping only the ones that I truly use on a regular basis or that belonged to my mother and grandmother.

I'm not really looking for any particular items to barter for, but make me an offer.

#9 and 10 are great bread cookbooks, good choice Amy. There are several Bread Machine Magic books and all are great. I used to email with Lois
Conway, need to see if her email addy is still the right one. You can trust their recipes to be good, also Lora Brody's...she's from King Arthur Flour.

Donna - I am interested in #'s 9 and 10 - what kind of things are you interested in holding onto as you downsize, any collecting? I make a mean apron.....
