I never thought I'd see the day I'd "get rid" of books , but the simplifying goes on. Here are a few books I'd like to see go to a new home. If you are interested in a trade, please post here; I'll try to check in often so you're not left hanging. (these have been stored on a bookshelf in a smoke-free home and are in very good or even new condition).

I will send these media mail; if you want them faster, I'd appreciate if you would pay the difference in postage. Thanks!

Paperback:
Natural Health, Natural Medicine by Andrew Weil, M.D.
Nesting, It's a Chick Thing by Beanland and Terry

Hardback:
Small Change by Terkel & Terken (brand new, a gift and I already had a copy)

Birds in Your Backyard (Reader's Digest) -- small tear in jacket near bottom edge on back

Newspapers, Pennies, Cardboard & Eggs for Growing a Better Garden by Roger Yepspen

The Complete Candlemaker by Norma Coney

Simple Country Pleasures (oversized Gooseberry Patch book)

Thanks for looking!

Patti, I would be interested in the Newspaper, pennies, cardboard & eggs book. I only have one plate that is red and doesn't match my set, so what else would you be interested in trading for? Would you be interested in material or some trims, or I don't know, you tell me.

Maggie,
I forgot to ask that you email your address to me so I can get this book in the mail. I work 8-8 tomorrow and Tuesday, so I'll go to the Post Office on Wednesday, when I'm off work. thanks!

Maggie, Small Change is yours. Hmmm . . . this is why I'm so bad at bartering. I never know what to say. My kitchen has red accents. Oh! I'm looking for dinner plates and salad/desert plates. They don't have to match & can even have scratches, small chips, etc. This is going to sound silly, but I'm cutting them in 1/2 and using them (rounded side up) as the border for my flower garden. I've been picking them up, one or two at a time, at junk shops, etc., but I need quite a few by Spring.

Goodness, I like so many things that I don't know what to say. What would you feel comfortable trading for? What would work best for you?

I'd love the "small change" book - what would you like to barter for?

Heather, you'll have email in just a minute.

Oops, I spoke too soon. I went to your profile and saw you have IM, which I don't have downloaded. If you have email, please email me so I can get your address to mail the book, and I can give you mine, too. If you don't have email, we can figure something else out.
