I posted this in the Sewing Thread, but thought it might be good to post here as well. I am looking for Vintage buttons, in all colors, 1 inch in diameter. If you have some and would be interested in selling, I would be happy to buy them from you and ofcourse pay for the postage as well!

Georgiann....I am making purses that need that size on a strap that goes on the purses........so if you have vintage buttons that are approximately 1" and if you are interested in selling some, please do let me know!!

Audrey, I have bunches of buttons, too. My mom was quite the collector. I will start sorting out the 1" ones for you, but I'd love to know what your project is! Besides using them on sewing and knitting projects, I have glued buttons to picture frames, make napkin rings, curtain tie-backs and even strung 12' of buttons for a garland for around my windows at Christmas. And I still have 6 tins of buttons in the basement (I think they are breeding!)

Hi Becky.....No particular colors (I need different colors and styles) but I do need them to be about 1" in diameter for a project I am doing. Do you happen to have any that are that size and if so, would you be interested in selling them??

I have lots of vintage buttons - any particular colors? I could probably spare one-half pound! I will be out of pocket for a few days - in case I don't respond right away- leaving Saturday morning. |
