OK farmgirls, this is probably the ultimate in cleanup/cleanout, but I have 4 never-used check registers, each with a black cover.
Seems like I go through checks faster than I do the registers! Anyway, instead of tossing them, I thought maybe they could find a new home here.
I am happy to mail them out this week -- all four together or separately as needed.

Pam, I've sent one register out in the mail to you today.
Jessie, still wanting the others? I think I can add another register so that you have a four-pack if you really need four. (I was keeping a few extras back for myself but probably won't need them all.)
They are ready to go, just send me your addy when you have time.

I use a computer program for my check register -- so when I get my new order of checks, I may have some extra (paper)check registers. Anyone interested?

Glad I found homes for these, otherwise, a good alternate idea would be to take them back to the bank so they can give them out as needed.

I go through registers faster than I go through checks because I mostly use my debit card. Most banks will happily give you extra check registers if you ask.

Dear Jo, I could really use the register I am writing my check numbers on the back of my checkbook in teeny tiny numbers! I still have three checkbooks to go through until I have to order.I will gladly send you $ for postage or whatever you want.Organization at last...this will really come in handy. So glad you were cleaning up. Pam
