I have a lovely set of 8 amber glass plates, measuring 8" across. They have a vintage-look and are a rich amber color, with pressed glass design -- medallion in the middle, criss-cross lines on the rim, 'France' in tiny raised letters on the bottom. The rim curves up a bit, making it good for salad -- also beautiful for Thanksgiving pie, especially a la mode. Very pretty plates, but I'm trying to reduce the number of plates in my corner cupboard and I have only used 4 of these plates just once. I'd be interested in trading for homemade soap, vintage tablecloth, barkcloth or other fabric -- especially vintage-look feedsack, vintage buttons, or what do you have to trade?

Diane -- I cannot even tell you how thrilled I am with the tablecloth AND the fabrics. Oh, my. I am just beside myself. Yesterday I found one of those folding thingies for storing my crochet stuff, only it's made with the most hideous earth-tone 70s print. Well, let me tell you, the barkcloth fabric you sent will be made into the new yarn cradle part -- it looks so fabulous! All of the fabrics are fab. And the tablecloth is on the table, under the cat. Thanks so much -- what a top-drawer trade!
