Posted - Jun 09 2008 : 07:19:42 AM I was in my hometown over the weekend. The place I grew up.. and I havent been back in a while.. As I was driving down the main street - everything looked the same pretty much although, I didnt see many faces that look familiar... As I sat out a "big Wally's" diner, and watched the characters come and go I chuckled by the same old timers that came in to discuss local politics, wheat prices, and the latest "did you know" topics.....maybe something do stay the same!

Posted - Jun 09 2008 : 08:53:06 AM I lived several places growing up, and to me going home is coming to my house here with my husband and kids. I love it here so much. Seeing my parents is my "going home" as far as the past. Where they are is "home", even though they live in a different home that I didn't grow up in.
