I am looking for knitting instruction booklets for 2 girls for Christmas. One is 9 and the other 13. If anyone knows of a good web site that I could print off of, or has anything that they are willing to barter let me know. I am trying to put together a small kit for each girl. I thought an instruction booklet, needles, a nice natural fiber yarn, and a pattern would be nice.

Thanks Michele

I would check on You Tube also. I decided just to see if there was crochet on there & there is. I also saw some knitting. It is helpful for me to see instead of reading sometimes. PLus you can watch it over & over again.

Another source of knitting instructions is the Craft yarn council of america. I took their course on how to be a knitting instructor and learned a lot of things I had been doing incorrectly over the years. http://www.craftyarncouncil.com/
