Is anyone interested in this pattern?
(McCalls 3670 One size)
I made the full apron, so I have used it- all the pieces are in the envelope but I know I won't make this one again. Silly me - I paid the full price for the pattern- should have waited for the 99 cent sale!!!
Anyway- maybe fat qtr-(batik) or bias tape or buttons... Ilove buttons- especially old ones!!!

Yep, thats the 3 darts and a yard. I'm drawn to any pattern that says it only takes one yard...lol. I shop the clearance material tables whenever I go and usually there is only a yard or two left of any kind of material so these work out perfect for me. :) I'd love to see a picture of yours when it is is finished, Naomi. :)

Jessie, I did Velcro too, I cant remember if my pattern called for it, or I just decided to go the easy route( My pattern cover is different from youurs, has about 5 aprons patterns in the one envelope)
If I'm remembering the right apron, it had 3 sets of darts in it...and only took 1 yd of fabric..how cool was that? I still have one more cut out, I just havent made/bought any bias tape for it yet...haha

Autumn and Naomi,
Those aprons are lovely!!! A challenge is right though! I had a terrible time of it, though I did make it. My mom has the one I made. She says its a little curvy for her. :)I did velcro instead of buttons. It was a little easier in the getting on and off, but the strap if not laying jsut right seem to ride up, and all that good stuff they arent supposed to do!
Claps for you ladies who did them though. Too pretty!

Yours looks great!!I made mine reversible and it turned out ok I just hate the way you have to "work" so to put the thing on! I am all about quick and easy!!
I think it's the criss cross & button thing that I dont care for.
Blessings

it is a bit rumpled in the picture, but that was before it was put on right...
quite a challenge in my book...but I do like a challenge

okay...you're going to laugh at me. I went out an bought that pattern after I saw it on here. I tried it. Autumn,
you go girl!!! lol...that pattern was soooo hard to make. I didn't understand a couple of the instructions and so I fudged and made it how I wanted.
It is such a beautiful pattern and I hope to master it someday!! lol
It is a very curvy pattern and unfortunatly, I didn't curve where the pattern did...heehee ;)
Will soon do it right I hope.
