Another book give-away drawing! This one is for your girls: First is 'Super Slumber Parties' paperback book from American Girl. Lots of fun themes, games, a few recipes. Cute, fun -- a little worn on the binding but the pages are clean and like-new.
Also, two paperback Little House on the Prairie books: One is 'My little House Birthday Book', which is a journal keepsake book to record special birthdays and ideas for the next birthday -- and room for photos, too. The other is 'My Book of Little House Christmas Paper Dolls.' The book is completely intact -- all the dolls and clothes are uncut -- it also has a pull-out page of scenery for the inside of the house and for the town. These are from Scholastic books.

Re: the American Girl Slumber Party Book -- I love American Girl -- even though I don't have a daughter, I've been to American Girl Place in Chicago 3 times (with nieces). The books are so full of fun. Anyway, glad you like all the books.

I saw the other Winner!! & Saw it was Kathy.. Newslady Kathy..& I was So happy for her!! i just love her!! So i was SOOoo excited for her!!!!! & for some reason.. i wasthinking it was She that had won the books!!
But I DID!!! Kathy won the OTHER Drawing!! Yippee for both of us!!
I have ti tell you Katie That i have always love Laura Ingel's Wilder Books.. My 3rd grade teacher.. Miss Jane Johnson started reading them to us.. .. She ready every volume!!
We'd have quiet time.. & could sit at our desks if we wanted.. or lay our heads down.. or even sit on the floor.. i sat on the floor.. & a boy that lived near me would sit next to me .. His name was David Petterson.. His mother had been killed while riding her bike to town the year before.. David was always tired.. & would fall asleep during storytime & always fall against me during Miss Johnson's reading..
i always felt as if he looked forward to storytime for that reason.
But My memories of little House In the Big Woods.. on the banks of Plum Creek.. The little House on the Prarie.. & all the other many volumes she read were so happy for me!!
I love sharing them with my neices too..
& i always tell the story about the little boy who used to fall asleep next to me while our teacher read to us..
