Well I am a soaper, and I have lots of heel pieces of soaps off of my regular batches. These are the end cuts that didnt make the weight. Most weigh about 4 oz or 2 oz... just the way the cutter cuts. These are all vegetable castille soaps! They are 40% olive oil.

I use the same base recipe for all batches I sell
Ingredients : Saponified oils of Olea europaea (olive) fruit, Elaeis guineensis (palm and palm kernel), Cocos nucifera (coconut), and Helianthus Annuus (sunflower seed oil); spring water, Butyrospermum Parkii (shea butter).

Most are colored with mineral pigments, mica or clay. 2 have FD&C Color (red currant & neroli)

About half have all essential oils, and the other half have fragrance oil.

But I can make one pound mixed bags... or 2 lb bags... or more

Use the ones you like... and you can instant re-gift the ones you dont. They do make good stocking stuffers and if kept dry, last for years. And everyone uses soap, or they should.

So what do you make?
I like anything with yarn, because I dont knit or crochet.
Or sewn or stitched...
Things for the kitchen or bathroom...
Aprons, totes, handbags hair stuff, scarves...
Pretty much anything that you make I love!
I am really in to handmade stuff.

Oh and dont be shy, I have a big show coming up, a huge wholesale order going to Korea then another big show.... then I go into the holiday season.... So I have lots, and there is only soap much soap a 2 adults, a 3 yr old & an infant can use.

Check out the links next to the names of the beautiful hand made items I have recieved. There is so much talent in this group! I just love everything! Wow!
Ladies I just had to show off your talent!!!

I'd LOVE to barter for more of the soap you're making, holiday scents sound lovely! How is your kitchen coming along, what's still missing that I could sent to you?

I'd like to do this too. . .not sure what you want/need/etc that I'd have to offer. I'll think on it and let me know any suggestions. How about some fresh eggs? Are we allowed to offer things like that? We are in Columbus a couple times a month. . .or. . .let me think. Sunbonnet, bag, ummm. . .other ideas? It's late. I'll think more later.

I'd love to get in on your swap! I'm a sewer/crafter. A few of the things that I have ready to go is fabric pins like the ones found in MJF's "No Place Like Home" issue (pg. 74). I have a huge varity of them so just name how many you would like they are make from reused fabrics and antique/vintage buttons. I don't know if you have a dog but I have some fun dog towels that I embroidered on. The towels are make from chamios that absorb 15 times it's weight.
If neither of those tickle your fancy let me know and I have other options!
Thanks!
Emily

E - Your dishcloths are done. I just need to attach a strap to your tote bag and the package is completely done! Yoo-hoo! Sorry about it taking so long. It's been hard being separated from my sewing machine and craft room! I will mail it this week and email you when it is sent.

UPDATED: The tote bag is done also and I will take the package back with me to the farm tonight and try to get it in tomorrow's mail. If not tomorrow, it will go out on Monday...

The soaps are lovely and just what I needed to cheer me up after a hard day of working in the sun. Thank you so much! They are really gorgeous and while I will give some as gifts - there a few that I am selfishly keeping for me! LOL...

I am still working on your package... have a few more dishcloths to go...
