Hey everybody...I just got my swap from FreckledNiki...she is very sweet...and a life saver!! My 7yr old daughter made a doll for the last doll swap and has been very sad about it's departure ever since...so we are recreating the doll, but we cannot find the proper buttons for her shoes...anywhere...well, guess what?!!!! They were in my fleur swap from Freckled Niki!!! Thank you so much for this very cute collection of flowery items!!!
By the way Niki, I sent yours and Elizabeth's out on the same day, she got hers on the 14th, have you gotten yours yet?...jess |

No the doily and pillow case came from an antique store so I didn't make them but the pillow had flowers and I liked it also the doily reminded me of a real big open flower with the red being the petals so that is why I picked them up. Your daughter is cute.

I'm trying this again since I couldn't resize the photos the first time.
Here is a photo of what I received from Sunshine. Two of her crocheted head scarves, an embroidered pillowcase, a pretty doily, a cute little box that was filled with swan shaped soap, and some tea.
Sunshine, I wanted to know...did you embroider the pillowcase and crochet the doily too?
Here's my two youngest children...my daughter wearing one of the head scarves. She likes it so much I think she would sleep in it if I let her.

I received mine from Elizabeth...Botanical Bath yesterday and boy was that a treat...Thank you so much Elizabeth. I got a beautiful deep blue linen with ribbon applique 1/2 apron, 2 strawberry pincushions topped with yoyos, 2 wonderful bars of her soap, some very yummy lotion, a flax seed eye pillow(works VERY WELL), and a very very very neat crafting book about making things to go with the book...The Wind In The Willows. Thank you so much Elizabeth, it was such a treat, and all very beautifully packaged!!! |

I received mine and mine to backyard treasures is in the mail
Very cool item got a hanky third one in a month from farmgirls they are all vintage one so I decided I am going to crochet around the edges of all these may even start a collection as these all have roses on them how was that for a coinsadence.

Good Morning...I just emailed all of you with your partners addresses. If you did not receive that address email, please let me know. Margie and Sarah you are officially partners now, as I realized after the original post that I assigned Frannie, who is not playing this time. Hope this is okay and does not mess you up. A few of you need to contact your partners for their addresses. I sent you the email that lets you know. I am thinking that since this is a Spring has Sprung swap, we should make sure our partners get this package before summer hits. So, how about a mail by date of.....?........June 5th. This way, your partner will get your gift before summer, even if you are a few days late mailing it!!!:) I seem to be a few days or more behind lately, so I understand!! Jess |
