Ichthammol cream is a drawing salve available by specially asking for it at Walmart pharmacy. It costs about $2 a tube, looks and smells like tar.But is good for drawing out the gunk.
You may have to lance the area lightly with a sterile needle first then apply the salve to help draw it out. Apply sterile gauze too as it is messy.

I've had the werd catheter already and I'm really dreading going back if it gets that bad again. My fam dr gave me antibiotics several times, but to no avail.(last time I had it) Is there any kind of holistic/herbal/OTC meds that I could put on the pore to draw the infection out?? It's in such a crappy place to try to do that, so it would have to be something mild and gentle...

warm compresses will help. but you still may need to see your dr. as it could be infected.
and he/she can insert a wick to wick off the fluids.
and also give you antibiotics to help treat it.(especialy if you have a low grade fever or pain)
