Posted - Apr 08 2007 : 05:05:32 AM I was wondering if there are some out there that use cloth menstral pads? I was thinking if I cloth diapered why not cloth mentral pads? I know if sounds gross but I was thinking of all those things I use and just throw away. Does anyone have a brand they like? Or should I just stick to my disposables and not worth the time.

Posted - Apr 08 2007 : 06:11:51 AM Search the forum under... Homemade Menstrual pads last post was in Feb There was quite a lenghty thread, good info. I made some for myself and I love them, I still use tampons, but have replaces my pads and liners with the cloth, so much more comfortable. A good link for a pattern to try for yourself... http://www.hillbillyhousewife.com/sanitarypads.htm Just my 2 cents KarenP

Posted - Apr 08 2007 : 05:23:38 AM I use them and I love them. I started using them this year. I get mine from www.hagrag.bigstep.com They come with liners. You can get different thicknesses. I prefer the diamond shaped ones. They wash up so nice too. I joined the pad a month club. You can get a sample for 7 bucks. Totally worth it, plus I love her fabric patterns. They just make me happy! My cramps aren't as bad either, no more chemicals. I also stopped getting yeast infections, bonus!
