Just wondering if any of you use Burt's Bee's products and if so how pleased you have been with them?

The lip balms is my absolute favorite, I've been using it for years. I'm especially happy that more and more retailers in Canada are starting to carry it!

I use the carrot body lotion (on my face and body right out of the shower), lip gloss, lip shimmers, lipsticks, lavender facial mist, deodorant, and used to use the shampoo (We switched to shampoo-less hair care. See the no shampoo topic). I love everything except the deodorant. It's not a sage scent I like much, and really my mineral salt does the trick. If I liked the scent I'd buy it as an alternative.

We use there toothpaste and it is wonderful. I also use there diaper cream for my daughter it is the only one that I have found that works for her. We also have used the soap for posion oak/ivy, and helped.
Burts bees can easliy be found in Grocery stores and health food stores near me (but I only live about 40 miles from where they make the stuff) until recently I didn't realize they distributed all over the US I though it was just a local thing. I haven't tried the makeup but would like to try some.

I love the newer honey lip balm. It can be a bit grainy in texture, but I'd bet that's the honey crystalizing from moisture. I don't care for anything minty. Most of their stuff I find rather sticky on my skin, but thats me.

I use the lip balm, hand salve-especially in winter and the almond milk salve. Yummy! I'll never buy conventional hand creams again!

We use Burt's Bees soap on Jack and love it. Shampoo bar too. (But we're about to switch to LaMarguerite Farm's baby soap next since we just got some!) Love Burt's Bees. Have also used the hand creams and carrot facial scrubs.

I love Burt's Bees, I have alot of their products, but the lemonbutter cuticle cream is a favorite, as well as the lip tints...feels just like the chapstick, but has a little color.

The carrot lotion is super yummy too..

I tried the shampoo bar, and I really like it, especially for travel, when you don't want shampoo spilled all over your suitcase!

Yikes! Here's the Washington Post link about lavender and tea tree oils: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/07/03/AR2006070300769.html

Ooh - Burt's Bees is my *favorite* personal care product line!! I've used many, many of their products over the years, and I do love them all (I'm currently enjoying thier deep cleaning soap bark facial cleanser - so good for winter skin!). In fact, I'm rather disappointed that they seem to have discontinued their lip-color line (lipstick only - they still have everything else). But that's alright, I tend to use Bare Minerals for most of my cosmetic needs. ;-)

I love, love, love the lip balm. Nothing else works as well for me. I have used the baby bath and the baby bar on my grandchildren and I really liked those too. I buy a lot of Burt's Bees as gifts.

I use a lot of stuff and I like it all-- lip balm, tinted moisturizer, mud mask, concealer, moisturizer, blemish stick, cuticule cream, lip shimmer, vitamin e oil, shampoo and conditioner. It's my favorite. My only complaint is that they don't have a neutral cream-colored and brown eyeshadow. They keep expanding their product line, and I can't wait to try out their new sunscreen this summer.

I use Burt's Bees for lots of things, primarily lotion and baby products. I really like their buttermilk baby bath, and apricot baby oil (it smells really good!) If you're concerned about how "natural" they are, you might want to think again before you use them though. They're marketed as super natural, and they ARE more natural than many items on the market, but they aren't totally natural; you can read about them here: http://www.ewg.org/reports/skindeep2/search.php?scompany=Burt's%20Bees,%20Inc. (Instead of trying to read the page I linked to, click on whatever product you're interested in, and read about them individually.)

I have only used the lip balm, but I found it to be the best product I have ever tried for dry lips.

I use the orange essence facial cleanser and the lip balm...yummy!!!

Hey, Eren, I heard in school yesterday not to use lavender or tree tea oil on developing boys...it inhibits testosterone levels and they can develop female sex characteristics...it was on the news!!

I use the lip balm all the time, and sometimes use the lip gloss. I actually just got finished washing my hair with some Burt's Bees shampoo, the color keeper/ fennel seed type of shampoo.

I use the lipbalm. My husband LOVES the Peppermint soap. We drive over an hour to this store that carries it so we can buy it!
