For those of you with cable TV, there are two really good shows that started just this week. Get Fresh with Sara Snow and Dan HO. Both are big on living green and Organic food. There is also one that has been on awhile called Fresh Living, all are worth watching!

Let me know what you think of them. Cindy

Hi again Cindy:

I was just telling my husband that this might be my last year for watching television. Even though I like to watch shows like CSI and so on, I find that they must disturb me more than I realize since I have weird sleep afterwards. If I watch shows about sewing and food, I feel fine.

The whole month of December was good for me because we watched Christmas shows on Family Channel and Hallmark. Nothing terrible or psycho!

Thanks for the channel, I am sure I have it here.

Sheryl-lyn,
They are on the Health Channel, I sure hope you get it and can watch. They are all really good. To be honest, I just recently found the Health channel myself. Since there is NOTHING to watch on network TV I was wandering and came across it. It's about all I watch now!

What is the name of the channel they are on? I'd love to watch them. If they are on later in the night, how relaxing that would be to see it right before bed!

Thanks for sharing!
