I keep reading about the anti-inflammatory attributes of this fruit. I couldn't find the juice form of it the other day but did find the concentrate in gel form. It said to take it twice a day. I can honestly say my knees which has osteo arthritis are feeling so much better now. I know it's not wishful thinking. I've spent several weeks moving large, heavy boxes which made both knees and both shoulders ache every night. To have no pain is great in my book. Mother Nature's pharmacy is so much better than taking ibuprofen and whatever else is out there. Anyone else take this supplement or drink the juice?

Tart cherry juice when taken full strength is great to ward off gout. Which I guess would be along the lines of inflammation?

I drink the tart cherry juice. I mix with water and sweeten with stevia.

I bought some concentrate tart cherry juice recently and I mix it with water and drink it. It seems to help. I think I am going to try mixing it with plain yogurt next.
