Posted - May 23 2005 : 10:49:45 AM In another topic we are discussing to use soy products or not. As my awareness levels have been raised, I decided to try goat milk. I don't drink alot of milk, but do like it with my morning coffee and my bowl of oatmeal. What was in my local grocery store is actually quite good. It reminds me of when we had whole milk from our dairy cows. Now I'll explore more and make sure what I get is labeled at the very least "no growth hormones or antibiotics used" if not "certified organic". I picked up the only one available - Meyerberg (?) label. Their condensed goat milk canned said no growth hormones or anitbiotics, but their carton in the dairy section did not.... hmmmm.... further investigating to do! So girls, I suggest you experiment.... I didn't know what to expect when I first tried it, but was pleasantly surprised!
