Garden of Life also has a Yeast supplement.
As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord!

I buy the NOW brand- called Candida Clear I think. Take 2 3x day without food the last usually when I go to bed. I use til the bottle is empty.

I use to be on the Yeast connection, but it is temp. shut down (they had a troll)
Beth what regimen did you do 2 x a year.

There are a couple of books out called "The Yeast Connectin" that are really good and give ideas to correct the situation with diet, supplements, etc.
