Hello everyone!
I have a real problem with urinary tract infections. I am in my early 20's and I started getting frequent UTI's about a year and a half ago. They are so frequent now that i get them almost once a week!
I went to the doctors and was given antibiotics, it worked but they just came back eventually. I was wondering if anyone has any preventative remedies? I take two tablespoons of applecider vinegar a day, yogurt, and one cranberry pill a day and they keep coming back!
please help im going crazy!

I'm sorry you're dealing with this. The vinegar and cranberry are good home preventatives.

There may be something more going on with your body's physiology or a resistant bacteria. Some other things to consider... Do you wear cotton undies instead of synthetic? Are you drinking enough water? Do the UTIs progress into kidney or bladder infections? Do you completely empty the bladder when urinating? Is your immune system impaired? Did the doctor run a blood test to see if there are other factors like possible diabetes? Are you newly married? Oftentimes, a newlywed wife may experience frequent UTI's due to well, you know, newlywed activity. lol

Press your doctor for more information and perhaps consider seeing a urologist.

I'll be praying that you find answers and healing.
