I was just recently told that I have a metastic cancer that gives me 6 months of so to live. I am being radiated, with the possiblity of chemo later. The cancer is in my lympe nodes and spine and other soft organs. I am not looking for syphathy, but I will gratefully accept prayers and good wishes. I am looking for some blog spots that will allow me to reach out to get information and just to share information about daily life. I have wonderful family and friends, but talking about stuff with them is hard, their sorrow and pain is very hard to deal with, all are more then willing to listen of course, but I don't want them to feel that they might say the wrong thing. If you know of any good sharing sites I would appreciate your listing them here. Thank you

I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis, but don't give up hope. My mom was told the same thing - and that was FOUR YEARS ago! The doctors aren't always right on these things. A positive attitude and determination can carry you far! I'm sending prayers and good wishes your way!

inge, as a survivor, i can well understand your feelings and desire to get info-
you don't say the location of your cancer-i loved www.breastcancer.org so much wonderful info about so many things they have an education side and a community or blog type side---i was very active on the Feb 2012 Chemo page as Lumpynme...a few of the gals have their own blogs from that site.
you and your family are added to my prayers.
