Have your teenage niece visit for 2 weeks!
My niece Andrea who is almost 18 has been visiting with us for the past 2 weeks, sadly she leaves tomorrow:-( We have done something fun everyday and have been very busy. More active than this old 58 year old with bad knees and arthritis has been in quite awhile.
Well, yesterday I tried on 4 pairs of jeans and crop pants before I realize they did not fit anymore, too big! I thought what the heck is going on, it seems I have lost weight since Andrea has been here. Almost 10 pounds and I have dropped one pant size, what a wonderful surprise for me. I have needed to lose weight but been too lazy to do anything about it. So, I will continue what I am doing now, being more active and I smaller portions, just been too busy to eat a lot.
Just thought I would share this weight loss tip with all of you.
Oh I will miss this girl!:-)Here is a picture of my lovely Andrea with Big Foot on the way up to Pikes Peak, America's Mountain.
The Colorado Fischers are an Army Family who support Navy as our nephew, Andrea's older brother is in the Naval Academy.

Debbie sounds like it was really a wonderful visit. So nice to get to spend that time with her and what a bonus to be able to be able to say you lost weight during that time.
