Posted - Jun 20 2013 : 07:06:55 AM My sister suffers from Fibro and CFIDS along with a back injury. She insists on acupuncture and meditation practices. Look for a holistic doctor in your area. A good one will work in conjunction with your Medical doc to find a good balance. I hope this helps and I hope you know that you are cared for here. :)

Posted - Jun 19 2013 : 06:36:36 AM i would look into homeopathic remedies. the bach flower remedy is good. there is one called ruta that is helpful. you could look on line for the one specific to your symptoms. so sorry you are hurting. hugs to you.

Posted - Jun 07 2013 : 12:13:27 PM Tramadol worked for me. It is stronger than tylenol, but not as strong as some of the other pain killers. |

Posted - Jun 03 2013 : 11:01:12 AM I don't know if you're familiar with chiropractic but it has helped me tremendously. The problem is finding one with a longstanding good reputation. Some people just don't think it works but has helped me a lot. I have nerve pain too with Lupus so I know it's awful and you just want some relief. I recently started doing slow yoga and it's helping too.
