Yep!! That's what I am starting today. Have just been letting too much bad stuff into my diet so I will do this for 3 days and then start the Super Immunity Diet by Dr, Furhman.
I am so tired of feeling sick and tired so wish me luck. Will keep you posted

Michele,

I am not sure I could ever go vegan. I am a meat eater. I love all kinds of meat. so does my husband and son. I must admit I do eat too much red meat. There is just so many different things you make with it. But I do love fish and chicken. I think fish is my favorite...I too am trying to prepare healthier meals. More fish...chicken...fresh salads and less beef. Actually had fish and veggies tonight for dinner...was really good. It is better also to use olive oil and canola oil if olive oil is not available. I have this philosophy especially as of late. "Change your diet and change your life." I really do believe that. Let me know how things are going with you. I offer my encouragement on your pathway to health.

Hugs,

Judy

thanks, Judy, I am definitely going to incorporate most of his nutrition ideas but don't think I'm ready to go completely vegan yet.

Michele,

I saw Dr. Furhman on TV the other night. I think he definitely knows what he is talking about. I know if everyone cleaned up their diet as he talked about...they would have to feel so much better. I briefly looked at his website but plan to go back and read further when I have more time. I wish you well in your attempt to take back your health. Feeling as you do is no fun.

Hugs,

Judy
