Ok, Have I got a tip for all of you battling ankle, knee and hip pain. It may not work for all, but it has worked for me. I have been limping around all summer with pain in my left leg. I thought it was my knee. I had pain climbing stairs, sitting in a chair, driving the picup, the 4-wheeler, and the tractor. I have been sleeping in a recliner for about 3 months. Last Wednesday, in a local store I saw the arch support Strider things from the AS SEE on TV ads. In a week I am almost free of pain. I can't believer the arch in my left foot has caused all this. Yipee! A $10 item has fixed it all. Kennie Lyn

And I don't have anything to do with this company, I am just a very satisfied customer. Kennie Lyn

Just an update. Yesterday I sat in the backseat of a friends little car, and traveled about 70 miles round trip on an outing. I had no pain in my leg and knee. I can't say enough about this little $10 as seen on tv item. I couldn't even sit thru church before. It is hard to believe that an out of place arch could cause that much pain.

I went to town today, and I forgot my list. I'll make a special trip this weekend. I hope I can find some.
So happy your pain went away.

Marly, I hope they help your Sweetie. I so surprised at how fast the pain went away. My knee is still a little stiff, but I can bend it, and it is better everyday.
Annette, for a $10 investment it sure is worth trying. I found them at Walgreen's today. I hate to order things, I would rather buy locally, however you will only get one, and the foot cream they send isn't included. I think you get 2 for $10 and the foot cream from the TV. Good luck

Dear Kennie Lyn,

That's great news! So glad you're feeling better. I have been having pain in my right foot for the past few months too. It might be the start of a bone spur, OUCH! Add to that; I fell down about a week ago and bruised both sides of my right ankle. I wonder if what you purchased would work for me too?!?

Yes, Kennie Lyn, I saw that advertised. In fact, just yesterday, I took my Sweetie (hubby) to the foot doctor, I should say another foot doctor. The doctor suggested the things you mentioned. I'm so happy to read your post. Thank you. I'll get my Sweetie some ordered immediately. Thanks, again.
I hope you continue to feel better.
