I have never heard of the skin condition, Lichen sclerosus atrophica, until a good friend of mine mentioned she has been dealing with it for quite some time. This rash can appear any place on your body, and when it clears it leaves a scar. I was wondering if any of "my sisters" have ever had to deal with this condition, and what did you do to cope with it?

Hi Nancy,I have this condition and I treat it with a strong steroid cream. The kind that I have is a chronic condition, with flare-ups at times, and it can be quite uncomfortable. The steroid cream, which needs a prescription does help though.
