“We lost track of our health when we expected corporations to be responsible for it. Let's take it back!!” I Agree! We can’t control the air we breath. We can’t control the water we drink. But we have Absolute Control over the Food we put into our mouths!

Posted - Dec 27 2010 : 1:49:53 PM My new life mantra is " No Processed Food". Shopping has become a great joy and game I set for myself to walk the aisles and only buy food that has no chemicals, additives, corn syrup or sugar in it. Even in big grocery stores there is an amazing amount of good food to be found there that is good for you. I feel so much better since I started eating this way. I want to shout it to the whole country. We lost track of our health when we expected corporations to be responsible for it. Let's take it back!! MaryJanesFarm magazine has published wonderful information about our food.
Blessings to you all:)

Posted - Dec 18 2010 : 08:12:05 AM Ellen, I know!!! You can get it? Not as common and more costly! So, on a limited income it is pretty hard. Also, the stores are spread out, so to get all you need, there are many store trips involved. I have found an all natural small grocery and health food store that should become my shopping spot!! Yay! One step of change at a time right?? I love the farmers mkts here, but did not find much organic sold at all. Have a great day!! Blessings, Linda

And of course, you KNOW your REWARD for “Working at getting more organic again with my food” will be a smile on your face and a bounce in your step! And how come, in our Heartland, is it hard to get Organic Good Foods? Agriculture there preceded the West Coast’s.
