I deal with Pressure Change headaches and allergies. This season my ear has been bothering me. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I am pretty sure that it isn't an infection because when my sinuses are troubling me that is when this kicks in. I

I would appreciate any input :)

Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar works for me. Drink a bit of apple juice or water with a capful of ACV every evening and some mornings when it's really bad.

A garlic clove can help too. My ear has been vibrating if I lie on it, but the garlic doesn't help that...

Can you try the valsalva maneuver and see if that helps? Also warmed sweet oil (which is just olive oil) is known to help earaches when dropped in before bed.
