I rolled my ankle while carrying some say to my horse yesterday. It hurt right away but then I thought I was able to "walk it off" mostly but this morning it is very stiff and sore. I don't think there is anything really wrong with it- just soft tissue injury but it hurts!
Don't you hate it when you do something stupid and end up hurting yourself?

Arnica Jel will help it will take away the tenderness and is grease less and herbal to boot.
