Posted - Apr 22 2010 : 10:08:58 AM Hi Farm-girl friends does anyone have a product recommendation for a non-aluminum deodorant that keeps you dry. I have tried to use an all natural deodorant from the local co-op but leaves me with moisture during the day and I am not a sweaty person by nature at all. I would appreciate a good recommendation. I don't want to use the aluminum anymore as I know it causes Alzheimer.

Posted - Apr 22 2010 : 11:49:42 AM Hi Laura, you have to remember that sweating is a natural thing. That is what keeps you from sweating with commercial deoderants is the aluminum blocks the pores so sweat can not come out. But either can the toxins the body removes by sweating. The best recipe is the coconut oil, baking soda, cornstarch recipe that is in a thread here somewhere. I have been using it for 2 years and love it. The baking soda will help a little with moisture, but you may want to buy those pads that go in the armpits of your clothes if you feel it is a real problem. Jane
