I must have deleted my cold water remedy for restless legs. You put your legs under the cold water faucet for about one minute for each leg ,and only from the knee down.It stops it instantly . If you have to do this in the middle of the the night ,the relief is so great , that you can't believe how comfortable you are when you get back in bed. It's like taking a really good nerve pill and you go right to sleep.I read this in the Indianapolis Star many years ago in a Dr.s column and it has never failed to work.I've had some bad experiences with medicine's side effects and i'll always use a home remedy first if i can find one.

Thanks for the re-post - I hope that all of you restless-legged ladies find comfort and a peaceful sleep, however you choose to try!

XOXO, Libbie
