I just thought I'd share.
This nasal wash solution is pretty good stuff! It is keeping my spring sinus infections at bay =) No easy task!
I'm using it in my neti pot and it works great! It's been around since 1896, I'm surprised that I've never seen it before. The ingredients are pretty natural....sure beats round after round of antibiotics

Hi Annika!
I has a friend who just depended on Alkalol to breathe easily. She swore by it.
It was in our local drug store.

I just used a netti pot for the first time. I think I like it and need to use it more often. I went through the immunology shots several years ago which worked great but I've started to have more symptoms again this winter. They still are not as bad as before the shots, though.
