Thanks Winnona. I've been just putting the vinegar in the water and drinking it and eating the honey.

Here's our old family recipe... Take about an 8 oz. glass of water, warm as you can stand it, don't burn yourself though! Stir in a TB of honey and around a TB of cider vinegar. Stir really well and drink up. You have to tinker with the honey and vinegar though till you find what works (and tastes best) for you. My mom used to drink a glass almost every day and it keep your innards regular too.

For some 'venting'-type of entertainment, please read my blog, http://lostadventuresintrucking.blogspot.com .

Hey Julie, I don't think there is probably a rule. I would guesstimate about a tablespoon of each in a cup of water. you can adjust to your taste. good luck with allergy season, it's getting started here big time. you might also try stinging nettle made into a tea for your allergies. hugs Phyllis
