This sounds like such a dumb question but lately I've noticed my body is way more sensitive to what I eat. I got a headache this morning and was thinking maybe it was low blood sugar as I hadn't eaten yet - any one know? I've been remarkably healthy so I don't much go to the doctor or read health mags, so there are simple things that escape me sometimes - like this:)

I have low blood sugar, and the headaches can be KILLER! Sometimes, already being in pain cuases people not to eat, which makes it worse. Sometimes, food intolerances develop, and that can cause headaches. Being stressed can flare up these and other conditions. When I am NOT stressed, I can eat so many things I can't eat when I'm stressed!

Thanks Diana - I've not really had a problem with it, but since I hadn't eaten it occurred to me maybe that was it....Took me out of commission yesterday, which was bad because the weather was so good.
