Posted - Oct 25 2009 : 10:56:55 AM I just wanted to post this link again. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19682714?ordinalpos=1&itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_DefaultReportPanel.Pubmed_RVDocSum
It is an official study on Elderberry and the H1N1 virus. And it is from Pub Med which is a government site from the National Insitutes of Health. My herbal training says that elderberry helps with all virus. I also wanted to say that I found a recipe on Mary Janes website for making the syrup and also it is avialable in health food stores. I sell it in capsule.
I am going to take it everyday through "the season"
There are other posts on here about elderberry I am just trying to spread the news again.![](icons/icon_smile_big.gif) LaVonna

Posted - Oct 28 2009 : 7:41:30 PM Thanks for the information. Is there elderberry vitamins? I have never seen elderberry juice around where I live in Louisiana. I'll check the websites. Thanks. Marly

Posted - Oct 26 2009 : 3:55:34 PM Lets here it for elderberries!!!! We have been drinking elderberry juice here now, almost everyday for the last two weeks. I canned 24 quarts of it this summer. It is great to hear that it really may help us avoid the flu.
