Posted - Mar 06 2006 : 11:43:27 AM I've been hearing so much about the Leslie Sansone (sp?) walking videos, where you walk in your home, so I ordered them last week. DH just emailed me and said they've arrived. I also found (in the basement here at school) a large, old US map. I'm taking it home and putting a skinny sticky note where various FarmGirls live. I'm going to start walking with this CD in a few days, and I'm going to "walk" across America visiting you ladies!
I read about someone doing this with their exercise bike, and it really appeals to the "visual" and "goal-oriented" type of person I am. So if you want to email me and tell me where you live, I'll put you on my itenerary! See you soon, ladies.

What a great idea for motivation. I love it. You keep on walking girl. It is so good for you. Who knows -- maybe one day you will walk across America! The Farmgirl Foot Patrol.

Posted - Mar 08 2006 : 10:54:42 AM So Patti head East. I live in northwest Ohio in a small village of Liberty Center. It's a great place to raise kids and eat ice cream. Just tink how slim you'll be when you "walk" this far.
You go girl

Posted - Mar 07 2006 : 09:29:57 AM Okay, Patti, First stop is a short jaunt to St. Louis. Come on up and I'll help you rest with a cup of "good for you tea" and a nice friendly chat before you venture to your next destination. The door is open and ready to welcome you. See you when you get here! Good luck with your walking routine, it's hard to get started, but not so bad once you get going.
Blessings on your new step towards a new and healthier life. You are taking care of the temple and that is very pleasing.

Posted - Mar 06 2006 : 1:09:44 PM Yep Rose Marie~~ excerise isnt exactly what I love to do...but her tapes "dont try to kill me". The first 3 miles...1,2,3 she is very encouraging..the 4 mile..well-not so much~ I would love to see the one where the "belt that is always working for you" breaks..What a gag~~!So long as no one got hurt! Posted - Mar 06 2006 : 12:38:22 PM Oh yeah...I've got her! I have several of her vhs tapes. I hate it tho when they go out of step! I also have one of hers where they use a "belt" and one of them broke on her exerciser gals. That was funny. But I think aside from that the tapes are great, pleasurable and don't try to kill me. That's a plus!
