I have some lower back pain on the right side. Think it may be my kidneys as I haven't done anything to pull a muscle. Any suggestions?

A tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar in a 8 ounce glass of ice water on a daily basis. I hope you feel better soon too!

I drink the sugar free cranberry juice and lots of it. Helps me all the time. Good luck. Hope you feel better real soon.

Get cranberry tables from the Health food store if your drug store does not carry them. Regular cranberry juice has to much sugar in it to restore kidneys to their natural balance. I have struggled with my kidneys since I carried my youngest. Over the years they has become sensitive to certain thing that I have had to just cut out. Tea, anything thats carbonated and anything high in sodium. If they get weird I retain water in my ankles so I take a natural water pill from the health food stove. These are all things recommended by my doctor since he knows I'd rather not take a perscription if I can help it.
