Just wondering if anyone has tried epsom salt baths for detoxing? I found this article and didn't know if it was worth a try.

I just use about 1/4 cup table salt and 1/4 baking soda in a very WARM, not hot bath. It takes the aches away, the water is warm enough to relax and enjoy and you skin is soft when you get out.

My massage therapist highy recommends epsom salts for muscle soreness, and detoxing, especially after a massage.. and for cramping of feet & legs!

My ex had huge pimples /boils on his back when we first got married he started to take a hot bath every Sunday night with Epsom Salts and they went away.
