Posted - Mar 20 2009 : 12:08:11 PM Hi. Does anyone have suggestions other than general exercising to tighten one's legs up? I was a ballet dancer for about sixteen years, which left me w/ more muscle than I wanted. Forced to give dancing up due to health, those muscular legs have turned into jello to my eyes. I'm a size 2, but have those "thunder thighs". I was told "since you've got an athlete's body, there's really nothing to try." Is this true? Anyone to share some beauty secrets to tighten those "thunder thighs" up other than commercial-products? Thanks Farmgirls!! Tara |

Posted - Mar 20 2009 : 2:32:17 PM I have always found lunges and squats to work well. Also do you remember that squeeze thing that that Susanne Summers used to promote? My gym has a similar type of weight machine and that really helps with the thighs. Not that I am really qualified to say though cause I am a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG way from a size 2!!!!!!
