I have been sick for a month. I am so tired of being sick. I was better for about 3 days somewhere in there, and then I just got sick again. It seems to be centered in my sinuses and my throat. And of course Nora either is sick from teething or she has gotten sick both each time we have taken her to the drop-in daycare.

Right now I would love it if I could breath normally and get a good night's sleep!!

Oh hon, I hope it is just that easy for a solution.
Do use your neti pot, and take it easy as much as you can.

Don't miss out on a blessing, just because it isn't packaged the way you expected. ~MaryJo Copeland

Thanks ladies. I think it might actually be allergies. We have a very damp house, and I think we might have mold somewhere. I feel better when I am away from the house, but since I live here- I have to solve the problem instead of run away from it! I am going to buy some desiccant containers this weekend and am going on a bit of a cleaning/dehumidification rampage.

This is my third week with sinuses and throat. This always happens to me when the weather changes and gets cooler. Hope you feel better soon! Susan

Alee, I'm sorry to hear about it. I usually get sick with the same-type symptoms around the changing of the season time here too. I hope you and Nora are feeling better soon.

Alee- I am so sorry you are having sinus problems. I was also going to suggest the neti pot for help. I swear by mine!! Give it a try.

Oh Alee, I'm so sorry! Andrew gets the sinus infections and they seem to stay with him forever, even with antibiotics. I hope it goes away soon...Have you tried the neti pot and warm salt water approach? Just worried about you. Take care and get well *hug*
