Thank you so much for the delicious Faux Joe. We are all enjoying a cup right now at the farm. So tasty and just like coffee with a wonderful cinnamon twist!! It’s an organic caffeine–free alternative to coffee. What an amazing little treat!!

Much Thanks from the farm!!

Tomorrow is always fresh with no mistakes in it.....unless they are spelling mistakes.

Sue,
I have lots of customers who brew half coffee and half Faux' Joe.
I haven't tried it that way, but they seem to love it.

Cool idea, sounds perfect! I too love coffee but tummy troubles has forced me to swithed to half caf so I can still drink it and not lose all the flavor but I"m always on the lookout for something better and of course more natural. Gonna check it out!

Over the years, I think I tried every coffee substitute on the market.
(Don't get me wrong, I love everything about coffee, but it just doesn't like me!) Anyway, I was disappointed with the choices of alternatives and am not fond of "instant" anything.I love the brewing process.

My DH brews beer and always has a great variety of organic malted barley grains on hand for his use.Once I discovered the dark roasted varieties, I combined some with some roasted chicory and dandelion roots, and added a pinch of cinnamon, carob and coconut.
It is a granulated mix than can be brewed like coffee in a coffee maker but I prefer to use a french press.
Its sort of a cross between coffee and hot chocolate when you add milk and a sweetener.
To read more, I have attached the link to the Faux Joe page of my website.....it is one of my most popular products.MMmmm!
Thanks again for the plug, Kate!
