What do you do? I picked up something from Charlie, so I took my Cold Ease, having been drinking a ton of water, took an extra vitamin, slowed down, wiped down all the knobs, remote, light switches, things like that, sterilized out toothbrushes in hot hot water, bleached in hot water clothing, bedding, even hats and shoes if I can. I am trying to get fresh air in here too but it is already 85 out at 9 in the morning.

What do you do??

Drink lots of water, and more water. Vit. C, I agree! Rest. what a wonderful place to come to for a cure or advice. I just love this place. Hope you feel better real soon. Take care.
Get some rest.

My issue is laundry - I always say that with my dying breath I will be crawling downstairs to start laundry! Why is it that men don't even notice when the basket is overflowing???

Heather...I can't sit still when I'm sick if my house isn't in order, either! What possesses us to be that way? I keep telling my family that it's some mechanism that's built in me. I'm glad you're taking a break every hour, though. I hope you feel better tomorrow! Susan

I can't relax unless the house is just so, especially when I am sick. I am taking a break every hour and drinking some ice water and light snacking today. I HATE being sick so I am trying to fend it off with positive thougths!!

Boy, you've been busy! I think you're doing all the right stuff. My thing is resting. It really does help. Susan
