how is that for helping your health! My youngest dd wanted to treat me today to a spa treatment. She cut my hair, conditioned it, put it up in pony bows wraps (so it will be curly tomorrow) and massaged my feet and painted my toe nails!!! It was so sweet and I feel relaxed and well rested! wow!

Other then the reflexologist I have never had a spa treatment.. and I have cut my own hair since beauty school back in the mid 80's.....I guess I had better get my "stuff" together.. I have all boys....and I should have trained them better... UGH! (LOL) I am sure I will have to apologize to daughter-in-laws someday... LOL

I take my spa time very seriously, whether at home or when I get the treat of going to a real spa. I like the full body massage, including my head/scalp and the pedicures. I once got a mud treatment and had the best skin ever.

LOL Rene and Julie, she is 14 so I probably would not let her cut anyone else's hair she is just learning, but I have all one length and she can't hurt mine. The foot massage though she is great at that. You can sit on my porch and have a glass of iced tea! heehee

hea Julie, what are you going to do in TX?
