You know what I am talking about, right? The Shimmy Shimmy Shake to get into that pair of blue jeans? Especially the ones right out of the dryer?
Yup, I have a Shimmy Shimmy Shake pair of pants. I can't bring myself to buy the next size up in jeans. And then yesterday....I didn't have to do the Shimmy Shimmy Shake! They just slid right on! Oh my gosh! You mean, that's what it's supposed to be like when they fit?!
I have lost a little weight and right out of the dry-they slid right on! I am so excited!! This makes me even more determined to lose more weight!

LOL... It is so funny.....I cannot even blame age.. we have a 72 year old here in our community that is amazing..... UGH! No excuses left!

Oh my gosh, Rene! You are too funny! I feel like that sometimes when I do my yoga routine. It's like "hmm I got myself into this position- how do I get out?"

I told Alee.. I am doing the hallelujah diet ( real name) it is basically raw foods.. and riding my bike.. But I have also started my day dancing.. literally.. I love to dance... it is kind of a hoot as my 10 year old and 17 year old come up yelling at ME to turn the music down..............lol.....so I am drinking a lot of water and lots of salad............and I love the body ball...you know the core secrets....although I dont exactly "bend em like beckem" LOL... I have warned the kids that is they see me in any "cool positions" to call 911 as likely I am not coming out of it on my own.

Well, if it makes you feel any better I had a bit of a liaison with Lay's Potato chips and ranch dip yesterday. Totally non-diet! LOL.

Lisa, I think we must have Alee rolling on the floor.. or how does she say that ROF..... but truthly Alee.. were serious!(LOL).. this is the most quiet she has been (LOL) I met Alee recently she is as amazing in person as on the blog..... Oh did I tell you she is my weight loss buddy.. so maybe some of her shimmy will rub off on me....

Oh hey Alee.. I might add.. I HATE that you can still shimmy and shake.. I tried to "do" my sons hullahoop the other day and about pulled something :)

You go girl.... of course there will be more reasons NOT to like you if you go and get to skinny.. right now you are already,pretty, cute, fun, funny, talented, outgoing to name a couple... if we have to add "extra hot "to that, I will have to stop talking to you..... :)
