Posted - May 18 2008 : 2:39:31 PM I can't eat meat anymore at all. That doesn't hurt my feelings one bit, don't get me wrong. Meat makes me dire sick, I mean on the pot and puking in the garbage pail sick (I know GROSS but it is the truth). The other day I accidentally ate some beans that had pork fat in them, I thought I would die! I am eating veggie burgers now and enjoy them. How do I cook tofu where it doesn't have that soggy soft texture? I am a texture eater and can't eat soggy stuff. Thanks, Denise

Posted - May 18 2008 : 4:07:01 PM Try and get as much water as possible out of it before cooking. Squeeze it with a towel around it, then let it sit in another dry towel. I like it fried in rice flour the best.
