Well, this week I seem to be craving water- ICE COLD water and lots of it, That and fruit. I swear I even look at a regular meal and I get sick to my stomach. Weird huh??? Well, at least I am feeling better. I did have a small few sips of coffee and I felt yucky in about 20 minutes so I downed 2 large glasses of water and was feeling better. I think I may just be looking at a new eating style for awhile until my body gets back up to about 75%.
Sleep is still off but when I do snooze, it is a deep sleep, even if only for an hour or so, so that is good. The big D is still haunting me..can't seem to get it regulated but it is getting better. Headaches and body aches are gone for the most part. I have been spending a lot of time in the sun and I swear that is helping.
Since we will have a 2 car garage in Texas, I decided to keep almost everything packed. I am going to simplify a lot of areas of my life and having less to worry about, especially with hubby gone on deployment, seems to be the key toa healthier life for me right now. Simple decore with just what we need but something pleasing to the eye- relaxing, comfy and soothing.
