These past few days,I have been doing a very intense yoga regime ( I TIVO a one hour show off tv)- the most intense I have done in years. I also have been doing deep meditation at the end, just sitting and meditating until I feel like I am finished. It has been intense to say the least. I have found myself crying and my body is so sore, but in a good, waked up way. I finish each session with some white tea and a little honey (and a few baby aspirin). There was a day it got so intense, I just laid on the floor in the fetal position and took a 30 minute nap. I am learning to feel my emotions and let them come, instead of suppressing. I am also learning to listen to my body so it can heal.

I have been having my green smoothie each day. I moved it to after breakfast as I was finding myself a little sick to my stomach first thing in the morning.

I have been oiling my skin, prepping it for summer and getting it completely healthy and moisturized. I take my shower or bath, then, I massage oil ( I am using up my Burt's Bees Apricot oil but any favorite kind will do) from my temples down to my toes and let it soak in for about 5 minutes, the I apply body butter over the top ( I like the Body shop butters). I really have been focusing on my feet, elbows, upper arms and upper legs. I have a really old bathrobe to slip on afterwards and I let it all soak in. Skin is starting to glow and my feet are looking better.

So, these are what I have to offer this week for you. Would you care to join me?
Best of health.

Cheers,
Heather
