When my friend's goats aren't giving milk, it's like going through withdrawls...I have to go w/o & then use organic skim for cappuccino & it starts the whole lactose intollerance cycle. Sure wish political influences didn't have power to prevent/control large scale organic farming & raw goat milk consumption. It makes so much sense to eat as much raw as possible...it's the enzyme activity that restores our health. I have gone back to my vegetarian ways and I dont think I could be raw 100% 0f the time but when I need it, it sure works!! I am excited to see something like this come out!! thanks for sharing!
