Skin cleanser recipe for dry, sensitive skin needed.
If anyone can recommend anything??
I was curious if any of you girls have made anything that you could share the recipe of. I'm hypothyroid with naturally sensitive red head skin, so it can't be at all harsh. I've heard that oatmeal is good to use for dry skin, but I don't want to try things with out some advice first. Most soap makes me dryer and itchier *itch itch*
So I want to make my own cleansers and skin care stuff.
thanks in advance

you can also take omega 3 capsules to help keep the skin hydrated. A much better way than like in the olden days when a spoonful of cod liver oil was taken : )

you can also do a moisturizing body scrub with olive oil and sugar!

Honey it is for me. I have not had any problems with dryness at all since I started using it. You can also make a bath bag with ground oatmeal and powdered milk and hang it under the tap. (You can use a muslin bag, a net bag or a knee-high stocking). I just mix the milk and oatmeal together in a food processor. It works really well.
Hope you find a solution that works for you. Itch, dry skin is just no fun.

I think a lot of girls here were using plain honey. I haven't used it yet, but it got rave reviews!
