Posted - Aug 15 2007 : 8:07:05 PM Anyone have any new ideas for dealing with migraines. Maybe I am just too stubborn, but I hate taking over the counter medicines to relieve the pain. Any though I have tried both herbal and homeopathic remedies, nothing seems to help. I try to "sleep it off" but sometimes these hang on for two or three days. I am sure that these are connected to menopause, as I have been going through some other changes too....But any fresh and natural remedies would be appreciated....
In the meantime....I'm going to bed....maybe (see, I keep hoping) sleep will help

Posted - Aug 16 2007 : 09:27:46 AM I get them too, or should I say suffer from them. I tried accupunture for awhile and it did help but finally got to costly. I do take extra Magnesium (sp) when one starts and that helps. I am 53 and have been getting them since I was 21. Hugs, Kathy |

Posted - Aug 16 2007 : 06:18:48 AM I just read an article about Feverfew. I haven't tried it yet but on my next shopping trip I'm going to get some and try it for my migraines. Sleep tight. Susan |
